House, now 2 houses. c1820, probably sub-divided c1836-99 when
right part was refronted. Pinkish-brown and red brick in
Flemish bond with ashlar sills and copings, concealed roof. 3
storeys on half-basement, 1:1 first floor windows. Ground and
first floors have 8/8 sashes; second floor has 6/6 sashes; all
in near-flush frames and with flat arches of gauged brick and
sills. Coped parapet. Half-basement has grille at left. Outer
entrances: 6-raised-and-fielded-panel doors, the upper panels
glazed, within tooled surrounds, frieze and cornice.
INTERIOR: right part has chamfered axial beam and fireplace
with chamfered bressumer to front room. Otherwise not
inspected.
All the listed buildings in College Precincts (qqv) form a
significant group and part of the setting for Worcester
Cathedral (qv).
