Farmhouse, now house. c1803 with later additions and alterations
including bay windows Late C19. Stucco over brick with
double-pitch, plain tile roof, tall end brick stacks with
oversailing courses and pots. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows.
First floor has 6/6 flush sashes with sills. Ground floor has
central entrance a 6-panel door (lower panels flush, upper 4
panels raised and fielded); 2 canted bays have 4/4 between 2/2
horned sashes with colonnettes between and decorative frieze.
Rear has 6/6 sashes and modillion eaves band.
INTERIOR: dogleg staircase with stick balusters; board doors and
some 4-panel doors; beams to ceilings.
Forms a group with Nos 103 and 105 (qv), 107 and 109 Bransford
Road (qqv).
