Parish church. Mid C11, C13, C14, C18, restored C19. Coursed limestone rubble, limestone ashlar, some render. Slate roofs with stone coped gables, cross finials and ornamental ridge tiles. West tower, nave with north aisle and south porch, rectangular chancel. Mid C11 rendered west tower with large C14 clasping pilaster buttresses with plinth. Low western lunette window. Keyshaped window above. String course above and bell openings on all 4 sides, each with paired round headed openings divided by mid wall shaft with crudely moulded base, volute capital and impost blocks. Moulded eaves and parapet above. Early C13 north aisle restored in C19. C19 ashlar dressed west lancet and squat clasping buttress. North side with 2 C19 ashlar dressed lancets alternating with 2 stage buttresses. C13 east end of north aisle with small pointed window set high up with broad chamfered sides. North side of chancel with C19 pointed doorway with chamfered surround and plank door. East end of chancel with C19 window of 3 pointed lights intersecting tracery, hood mould and label stops. North side of early C13 chancel rendered. C13 lancet to east. Pointed, blocked C13 doorway to west with roll moulded surround. 3 light early C13 pointed window beyond with intersecting tracery, hood mould and label stops. 2 stage buttress divides nave and chancel. Nave with pointed window restored in C19 with 2 cusped lights, quatrefoil, hood mould and label stops. C18 south porch with round headed doorway with imposts and hood mould. Porch interior with C11 round headed doorway with radial voussoirs, chamfered imposts and plank doors. Cll interior tower arch with round head, radial voussoirs and chamfered imposts. Early C13 north arcade of 2 bays with polygonal pier, keeled responds, beaded crocket capitals and pointed, double chamfered heads with hood moulds and circular mouldings where arch springs from capitals. Mid C13 chancel arch with double chamfered pointed head with chamfered inner order supported on polygonal corbels. Doorways in north and south chancel walls opposite each other, both with segmental heads that on north with chamfered surround. North chancel wall with C11 aumbry with triangular head and scored imposts. C13 piscina in south chancel wall with trefoiled head, beaded abaci and chamfered jambs. C17 altar rail, C20 stalls, pews and pulpit. C12 drum font with C15 giant dentils round base. C19 timber roofs. Single C19 monument.
