Cottage. Early C18 with C19 alterations and addition. Coursed limestone rubble and partially squared limestone with ashlar, brick and stucco dressings. Pantile roof with stone coped gables and kneelers, 2 gable and 1 ridge brick stacks. 2 storey, 4 bay front, originally 3 C18 bays with right hand bay being a C19 addition. The offcentre planked door has brick reveals and a segmental head, with to left a single 2 light Yorkshire glazing bar sash and to right 2 glazing bar sashes with splayed stucco lintels. To first floor the left hand window is a 2 light Yorkshire glazing bar sash, and to right 2 further glazing bar sashes, all 3 windows to eaves.
