Former outbuilding. Incorporates one cruck truss, probably of C16 date, and two C17 post trusses. Otherwise rebuilt C18-C19 with some C20 alterations. Brick with corrugated asbestos roof and brick gable coping at right end. Three bays, the left with slightly lower roof-line. Centre bay is open to front; flanking bays each have board door. Left bay has cruck in right end wall, and original purlins. Truss has blades tied together by a saddle, with ridge on short king post. Brick and plaster-infill. Centre bay has flanking post frames with inset principal trusses, one wall plate with brace, and one original purlin with wind-brace.
