2. Circa 1890. Architect Ernest Newton. A large L shaped house. 2 storeys and attics. Ground floor red brick, 1st floor tile hung. Tiled roof having 2 dormers on the front elevation and 3 on the projecting wing to the left. 5 casements to the front elevation 3 to the side wing and 2 farther casements on the end gable of the wing. These are mostly mullioned windows but With some mullioned and transomed windows. On the right hand side, through 2 storeys and attic, there is a projecting red brick square tower with chequer pattern in brick and stone work to upper attic storey. Stone stringcourse.
