1878. Built by Ernest George and partners. Two storeys. The ground floor is red brick, the first floor is tile hung with some curved tiles. The front elevation, facing north east, has a tiled roof with two enormous gables which are tile-hung with eclectic pseudo timber-framing in the upper part. The left side gable has curved braces, the right side gable a mixture of curved and diagonal braces. Oriel windows to each gable with square wooden panes and elaborate pargetting with use of Neo-Jacobean motifs below. The other windows are casements. Simple doorcases.
