2. Mid/later C19 classical building of Portland stone. 4 storeys. Shops and passage to ground storey which has rusticated pilasters with entablature and enriched doorway at south end. Round-arched windows to lst and 2nd storeys. Paired flat headed windows to top storey. Bracketed cornice and parapet.
