2. Late C19. 4 and 3 storeys and 14 bays overall. Red brick with stone bands and dressings. Unifying ground storey of stone with rectangular windows between channelled piers, piers with surmounting bearded masks, and terms. Richly carved frieze with scrolling foliage. Dentil cornice broken by semi-circular pediments framing lion masks and segmental pediment with cartouche and lion mask.
