DURHAM ROW E1 1. 4431 Nos 3 to 19 (odd) TQ 3681 17/638 II GV 2. Early C19. Terrace of stock brick houses with parapets. Roofs not visible. All 3 storeys but Nos 3 to 9 lower height than Nos 11 to 19. 1 window each with segmental heads. Sashes, mostly without glazing bars. Small simple C19 shop windows. Entablatures with cornices and friezes. Nos 3 and 5 have larger and later C19 shop fronts. Round headed doorways with fanlights to all except Nos 17 and 19 which have segmental heads. Some panelled doors. Nos 3, 17 and 19 derelict.
Nos 3 to 19 (odd) form a group at this approach to St Dunstan's Churchyard.
