COBORN STREET E3 1. 4431 (West Side) Nos 36 and 37 TQ 3682 11/228 II GV 2. Early C19. Yellow stock brick pair of houses. Roof not visible. 3 storeys, 2 windows each, 1 storey side extension to No 37 with door, side entrance also to No 36 with lintel on moulded brackets and sash window above. Windows, sashes with plain reveals and glazing bars, arched to ground floor, iron balconies to 1st floor windows. Modern brick extension at rear of No 36 not listed.
Nos 24 to 37 (consec) form a group.
