1899. Red brick but top storey roughcast rendering above brick string course. Red tiled roof above wide, partly bracketed, eaves soffit. Four storeys and dormers, with double rank of dormers in centre, five storeys under turrets gables etc. Irregular facade. Twenty-seven windows, those of first to third floors set in arched recesses. Towers flank centre two bays, outer gables and six bay advanced block, the northern end contains an arch of one bay from ground to third floor with recessed windows and iron balcony across third floor. Inner facade has wide gable over seven bays.

The Boundary Estate is an early LCC estate of advanced design for its period. It contains a variety of architectural details and its streets radiate from a central raised park in Arnold Circus. The entire estate forms a group. See the following streets; Arnold Circus E2, Boundary Street E2, Calvert Avenue E2, Camlet Street E2, Club Row E2, Hocker Street E2, Ligonier Street E2, Montclare Street E2, Naverre Street E2, Old Nichol Street E2, Palissy Street E2, Rochelle Street E2, Swanfield Street E2 and Virginia Street E2.
