1899. Panelled yellow brick wall with red brick dressings and white stone caps to interval piers. Extends also along Club Row.
The Boundary Estate is an early LCC estate of advanced design for its period. It contains a variety of architectural details and its streets radiate from a central raised park in Arnold Circus. The entire estate forms a group.
