WEST STREET 1. 4430 (East Side) CARSHALTON No 12 TQ 2764 NE 18/193 II GV 2. C18 to early C19. 2 storeys, painted weatherboarding. Slate roof. lst floor sashes 4, 3, and 4 panes wide. Modern porch and bay windows on ground floor. 2 parallel ranges; rear range lower. Ground floor was a shop in 1820s.
Nos 2 to 12 (even), Nos 18, 20, 22 and 24 form a group with Nos 3 to 11 (odd) and No l5 West Street, with the Water Pavilion to Carshalton House, with the boundary wall to Carshalton House in West Street and with The Old Rectory, Festival Walk.
