Town house, now shop and offices. Early C18, altered 1784-5 and in early C20 (c.1900). C18 brick walls encased in c.1900 Flemish bond brick; plain tile gambrel roof. 3 storeys and attic; 3 window range to Brushfield Street and 2-window range to Crispin street. Blue brick piers to ground floor shop fronts; mid C19 4-panelled beaded door with overlight to Crispin street. Cambered arches over c.1900 plate-glass sashes and C18 sashes with glazing bars removed. Interior: late C18 dog-leg staircase with stick balusters set on closed string. first floor room facing Crispin Street has early C18 moulded and fielded panel- ling with moulded dado rail and cornice; second floor room has early C18 straight-cut panelling with moulded cornice; C18 common-rafter roof.
