46/17 Belmont House 9.1.70 GV II
Chambers and flats, c.1903 probably by H. Fuller Clark. Purple brick, brown glazed brick and stucco with painted and red brick dressings, slate roof. Free Style Arts and Crafts with some "Wrenaissance" details. 4 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Central entrance, double panelled and glazed doors under lintel and semicircular mezzanine window contained in archway with hood mould. Vertically linked, glazing bar, mullioned casements and flush framed glazing bar sashes. The upper part of facade stuccoed with shaped parapet arched up over.
