End of terrace town house. c.1800. Stock brick with channelled stucco ground floor; concealed slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 5 windows wide with 2-window return to Welbeck Street. Central entrance with early C.19 stucco portico-porch of engaged Doric columns and cornice, carried on consoles at corners. Recessed glazing bar sashes, those on ground floor with vermiculated keystones; those on 2nd floor with semicircular arches containing stucco, fan-ornamented lunettes; the 1st and 3rd floor windows with flat, gauged red brick arches. The window bays are articulated by shallow brick pilaster strips rising full height above the ground floor. Stucco 1st floor string with ovolo decoration. Parapet with coping. Cast iron balcony with acanthus motif over portico-porch. Cast iron area railings with urn finials.
