Section of terrace now forming corner block, incorporating shops. Early C19. Yellow brick, channelled stucco ground floor and stucco dressings. Roof concealed. 3 storeys and attic, one bay to Connaught Street, 3 bays to Albion Street. Connaught Street front: plate glass shop window in architrave. Iron balcony to 1st floor, French window in pilaster surround with frieze and shallow pediment. Tripartite sash in shouldered surround. Cornice. Tripartite sash under flat gauged brick arch. Angle entrance in prostyle Composite porch. Albion Street front: shop window in architrave on corbels. Composite pilaster to left of pilastered porch containing a blocked door flanked by narrow pilasters. Plate glass window in architrave to right. Above, tripartite windows to left bay, now blocked. Otherwise sashes with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. 1st floor centre window blocked. Balcony to right side of 1st floor. Cornice.
