Terrace house. Later C18, altered. c. 1820-40. Stuccoed with rusticated ground floor, slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 4 windows wide to Curzon Street, 2 windows to Half Moon Street with 3 window front of No 24. Doorways to right of centre and in return to No 24. Revealed sash windows, no glazing bars, flat arches. Ground floor windows and doorway flanked by pilasters. Full height canted bay by corner to left of Curzon Street front. Foliate swags below sills of 2nd floor windows to Curzon Street and similar below 1st floor sills to Half Moon Street. Medallions framed with foliage below 2nd floor sills to Half Moon Street and on canted bay to Curzon Street.
