Built as works. 1902-1903 by Reginald Blomfield. Red brick with stone dressings, slate roof. Two storeys and attic. Long range of six principal bays articulated by giant brick pilasters; prominent flat eaves and segmental pedimented dormers in roof flanked by terminal pavilions of three full storeys with stone banding and parapet. Off centre break of one bay with semi-circular keystone arched former main entrance now blocked.

Workshop doorways to ground floor. First floor lit by triple groups of sashes divided by pilasters set beneath eaves. Terminal pavilions have Diocletian windows to attic storey. Corner with South Molton Lane splayed and short return with similar detailing. The design is in the manner of a Georgian stable block.
