Terraced house. c.1828-30, part of George Gutch's Connaught Square development. Stock brick with channelled stucco ground floor, concealed slate roof. 3 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide. Semicircular arched doorway to loft with inset Greek Doric columns and fanlight. Recessed glazing bar sashes, the ground floor window segmental arched and recessed for one order, the upper floor windows in stucco architraves. Stucco plat band over ground floor and crowning cornice and blocking course. Cast iron geometric patterned 1st floor balcony. Cast iron area spear head railings with urn finials. Part of the first phase of Tyburnia, the Bishop of London's Estate.
