Headstone tomb. c1735. Stone. Headstone with architraved
segmental-arched top being carved on one side with 3 cherub
heads and rosettes and a skull and crossbones surmounted by a
winged hour-glass on the other. Inscription weathered in
vertical strips. HISTORICAL NOTE: Gillam Scott was the son of
a "mason and citizen of London", and died very young.
