Brick and stucco dressings. 4 storeys. 3 bays to Hugh Street, 1 bay to Cambridge Street. Rusticated ground floor, stuccoed, treated as pilaster strips between windows and doorways. Main entrance to centre of Hugh Street facade. Stucco balconettes to first floor. Square headed windows, architraved. Centre windows to Hugh Street facade and window to Cambridge Street linked through first and second storeys by superimposed paired stucco pilasters and balconies. Sashes, margin glazing. Stucco band above second floor. Modillion cornice above third floor. Interior with island bar and plain panelling, etc.
