House and cottages. Mid C18 with C19 additions. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated stone slate roof. Double-depth house with 2 bays and 2 storeys plus attic, with additions to rear. Quoins and eaves cornice. C20 porch obscures a dressed door surround. 3-light windows on either side on each floor have recessed cavetto-moulded mullions. Coped gable and gable chimney stacks. The house’s attic level is visible on the gable-ends, which have various 1, 2 and 3-light mullion windows to the floor levels, one appearing to be of C17 date, some blocked, and a blocked-up taking-in door. One of the cottages has a lintel dated 1868.
