SADDLEWORTH GRAINS ROAD SD 90 NE SD 978880780 (north side) 3/113 Wool wall north of Lower - Hill Top - II Wool wall. Early C19. Dry-laid squared rubble. Approx. 25m wall with vertical north face and angled south face. The south face is stepped by the manner in which the stones are laid. On edge coping stones. Used for the drying of yarn, wool or cloth.
