CARRINGTON CRAMPTON LANE SJ 79 SW (north side) (SJ 7392 NE) 4/2 Westwood Lodge - - II House. 1768 on datestone. Rendered brick with slate roof. Double-depth central-staircase plan with C18 addition to rear and small C20 addition to right. Symmetrical elevation with projecting plinth and modillion eaves cornice. Slightly advanced central-bay. The central recessed porch with impost blocks, keystone and elliptical arch has had doors inserted in C20. 3-light casement windows in bays 1 and 3 and a cross-casement in bay 2,all with stone sills and keystone arches. 2 and 3-light casements to rear. Interior: dogleg stair with turned balusters and deep handrail, partly concealed by later partition.
