Farmhouse, now 2 cottages. "S.W.E. 1714" on datestone with later additions. English garden wall bond brick with graduated slate roof. 3-unit, baffle-entry 2-storey house with a unit added to the left at the time when the eaves were raised and it was converted to cottages. Later lean-to to right and rear. 4 3-light casement windows to each floor with cambered brick arches. Later trelliswork porch in bay 3 with datestone above. 3 ridge chimney stacks. The rear retains a 2-light casement fire window but is otherwise largely obscured by lean-tos. Interior: house-part has spere, ovolo-moulded bressumer beam over inglenook fireplace and ovolo-moulded floor beams with runout stops. The original left hand unit has a similar beam. Boarded doors.
