House. c.1855. Dressed stone with graduated stone slate roof and rendered rear and stacks. Double-depth, 4 bays with 2 storeys. 3 ground floor and 4 first floor sash windows with stone sills and wedge lintels. Door in bay 3 has plain fanlight, 3/4 Ionic columns and enriched entablature. Moulded gutter brackets.
