SADDLEWORTH PRIMROSE HILL SE 00 NW 4/242 Cottage to north of Primrose Hill Farmhouse (formerly listed 19/6/67 with Primrose Hill) Farmhouse) G.V. II Cottage and adjoining barn. Late C18. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated stone slate roof. Double- depth l-bay cottage with 2 storeys and barn to left. Quoins. Square-cut door surround to shippon and to house. 4-light ground floor and 6-light first floor windows with recessed flat-faced stone mullion windows. Kneelers. Brick lean-to addition against rear and 6-light first floor window. Included for group value.
