House, now flats. 1860's. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays; 1st bay is recessed and lower, end bay has gable. Panelled fascia and large boards. 1st bay has 2 lancets to ground floor and canted oriel flanked by diapering with hipped fishscale roof. 2nd, 3rd and 4th bays have ground floor extension of buff bricks; sill band and entablature with iron balcony, channelled rustication above sill band. Tripartite sashes with colonnettes flank round-headed entrance with rusticated head and masked key, 3-panel door flanked by stained glass lights. Later iron porch with glazed lean-to roof and central grilled gable. 1st floor windows have stone lintels with dog-tooth ornament to soffits; outer windows tripartite, that to right has central segmental head windows tripartite, that to right has central segmental head and diapered tympanum, sashed with colonnettes, central casement with painted glass light. Canted 2-storey bay to right return. 3 tall stacks. A very well preserved embellished villa.
