Office and shops,1882 by Thomas E Murray. Red sandstone with polished granite ground floor, Gothic, canted corner bays with two storey oriels, seven bays to Stanley Street. Ground floor; shop fronts between flat pilasters, corner entrances. Windows a variety of forms, mostly pointed-arched with tracery, some square headed with mullions and transoms. Three gables and deep balcony on brackets to third floors. Stanley Street facade similarly treated but with third bay entrance, pointed arched with tracery, with heavy carved balcony over. Above this two turrets rise to squat tower with octagonal lantern with short spire and finial. Four dormers to right of entrance bay.
