Terrace of 6 houses. Dated 1826. 3 storeys and basement.
Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3 bays to each
house. Stone base. Sill bands to 1st and 2nd floors, top
frieze, cornice and blocking course. Windows have wedge
lintels and are sashed, most with glazing bars and panelled
aprons to ground floor. Entrances to Nos. 2-5 have porches
with fluted Doric columns and entablatures, doorcases have
panelled pilasters and complete overlights. Nos. 1 and 6
have entrances in architraves with flanking angle pilasters
with acanthus and lotus capitals supporting entablature. 1st
floor sill band has central inscription "BLACKBURNE TERRACE
1826". No. 2 has one 2nd floor window lintel raised. No. 6
has complete overlight.
