Pair of houses. c.1840's. Stucco with slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays to each house, central bay to each breaks forward under gable with bargeboards. End canted bay windows with carving and roll mould over. Central bay windows have flat surrounds with shaped gables;entrances are similar, with paired pointed-panelled doors. No. 563 has leaded casements; No. 565 has casements, and sashes with glazing bars to canted bay.
