Block of two estate houses. Circa 1880s for Rothschild Estate, probably by William Huckvale. Plum brick, first floor of cusped red tile-hanging, half-timbered gable tops. Steep machine-made red tile roofs and tall moulded brick circular chimneys with spurred caps and moulded bases. Various raised patterns on shafts. A picturesque irregular block facing west. Armorial plaque over ground floor window. Three-light flush casement windows with small panes and segmental arches on ground floor. North front has gabled jetty to left of gabled open timber porch with seats against low brick side-walls.
