EAST SUTTON FRIDAY STREET TQ 84 NW (west side) 5/81 Friday Street Farmhouse II
Farmhouse. C17, with late C18 addition and mid C19 facade. Timber framed. Ground floor clad with red brick in Flemish bond, first floor with banded plain and fishscale tiles. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys on stone plinth. Half-hipped roof. Ridge stack towards left end and slender projecting stack to right end. Irregular fenestration of three 3-light casements. Panelled door up 6 steps beneath stack. Boarded door to left gable end up 12 stone steps (land slopes away to left). Short 2-storey red brick rear wing to left, probably late C18. Short 2-storey rear wing to right with red brick ground floor, tile-hung above. Interior: only partly inspected. Exposed beams.
