RAMSGATE HARDRES STREET TR 3865 SW (south east side) 9/163 Nos. 23 & 25 and railed areas GV II House pair. 1830's. Rendered with slate roof. Three storeys and basement, with rusticated ground floor with plat band and 6 coupled giant pilasters, the inner 4 fluted, with frieze and cornice to parapet, raised to centre with central stacks. Two glazing bar sashes to 2nd floor (12 panes) and 1st floor (16 panes), and canted bays on ground floor with glazing bar sashes, moulded surrounds and cornices. Glazing bar sashes to basement. Half-glazed and reeded door to left and 6 panelled door to right both with semi-circular surrounds. Simple rails to step and basement areas.
