LAMBERHURST TOWN HILL TQ 6635-6735 (south east side) 9/266 Sunny Bank GV II
House. Mid C10. Red and blue chequered brick with sandstone dressings and stack and plain tiled roof. L shaped plan in Tudor style. Single storey and attic on stone plinth with stone quoins to kneelered parapet gables, with projecting wing to left with finialed gable, and moulded octagonal stack to left and large offset freestanding stone stack to right with moulded octagonal brick flues. Gabled dormer to right. Wooden casement on first floor to left with label hood, and canted bay on first floor below. Wooden casement with label hood to right on ground floor, and rib and stud door to centre in raking rustic porch. Left return elevation with label hooded cross windows, catslide outshot to rear. The right end stack with inglenook fireplace to interior.
