Windmill tower. Early C19. Tarred red brick. Tapered round tower of 4 storeys. Ground floor has board doors to north and south, single windows to east and west. 4 windows to first floor, 2 windows to north and south sides of 2 top floors. All openings beneath segmental brick arches; ground-floor windows with iron glazing bars, remainder with fragmentary wood frames; all with sandstone sills. Stepped and cogged brick eaves cornice. Iron kerb. Low C20 roof. Retains most of its original internal machinery, and a later external iron wheel for mechanical belt drive on the east side at first- floor level. Interior not inspected. One of only 3 tower mills in South Humberside which retain most of their internal machinery. Disused and in disrepair at time of resurvey.
