YALDING HAVIKER STREET TQ 74 NW (east side) Collier Street 4/95 No. 3 (Little Spitzbrook Farm Cottage) and No.4 II

Farmhouse, now cottages. C17 or early C18. Ground floor painted brick, first floor rendered. First floor of right gable end weatherboarded. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and garret. Half-hipped roof, with jettied half hip to left and gablet to right. Projecting red and grey brick stack to left gable end, red and grey brick ridge stack towards right end, and slender projecting brick stack to right gable end. Irregular fenestration of 3 casements; one three-light to left end, one two-light to left of centre, and one two-light to right end. Ribbed door to No.3 in open lean- to timber-framed porch under stack. Boarded door with similar porch towards front of right gable end. Stable door to No. 4, in lean-to to left side of rendered two-storey rear left wing, which has plain tile roof half-hipped to reap. Rear lean-to to main range. Low single-storey painted brick store or bread oven with gabled plain-tile roof to base of right gable end stack. Interior not inspected. Formerly known as Little Spitzbrook Farm.
