2. Early C16 timber framed houses, altered in the C18, and the ground floor underbuilt stone rubble. 2 storeys, 5 windows in all. Ground floor of No 22 rubble (painted) and No 24 painted brick. Above plastered. Sash windows (glazing bars intact) No 20 has a recessed doorway with pilasters, projecting cornice, rectangular fanlight and 6-panel door. The doorway of No 24 altered, but still retains a carved cornice, high rectangular fanlight and brackets removed. 6-panel door.
Nos 20 to 34 (even) form a group.
