Modern constructed timber framed house about 1925 re-using a C15 building having
2 old Dutch brick chimneys in the style of the late C16 and old plain roofing
tiles. The end nearest the road has a dragon tie post with the side elevation
facing Sandwich Bay, complete with all brackets. Plastered 1st floor between
timbers, and part plastered and part old brick ground floor. Lead lights.
