3/47 The Old Bakehouse
GV II
House. Dated 1737. Red brick, rendered on left return, with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth, in part of flint, with moulded wooden eaves cornice to hipped roof with 1 hipped dormer to front and left return elevations, and with stacks to rear left and rear right. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 2 on ground floor with segmental heads. Central door of 6 sunken panels with gable hood porch with 3 steps. Date plaque to left of central first floor window, inscribed T E D 1737
