Office building. 1854. Stucco. Five storeys, three bays. Ground floor has central wide depressed arch to shop window, and flanking round-arched doorways, rusticated. The first floor has round-arched rusticated window with keystones. Second floor has rectangular windows with enriched flat balconies, carved lintels and brackets to segmental open pediments. Fourth floor has oculi in moulded architraves with keystones (the centre eye decorated with laurel wreath). Segmental open pediment with keystone and finial. Incised inscription: "MELBOURNE BUILDINGS/1975/MDCCCLIV". C20 top storey cantilevered above the facade.
