OLD HALL STREET L3 (west side) Nos. 21 and 23 (City Buildings)

42.7.66 GV II Office building. C19, remodelled circa 1906 by Frederick G Fraser. Stucco and cast-iron. Five storeys with two bays, curved corner bay and three bays to Fazakerly Street. Rusticated base. Paired entrances with granite flat pilasters and entablature. Bays of cast iron and glass between stucco piers running up to third floor. Panelled pilasters and entablatures. Top floor has sashed windows and cornice with blocking course. Fazakerly Street facade similarly treated.
