House formerly an Inn. C18 Red brick with wide plinth of coursed rubble stone and brick band. Plain tiled roof with modillion eaves cornice. 2 dormers and stack to left. 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows, 2 glazing bar sash windows to left on 1st floor, blind panel to right. 2 sash windows on ground-floor with C19 shop-front inserted to right. Panelled door up 6 steps to right. Rectangular cellar light to right. Shorter supporting 1-storey wings with half-hipped roofs added later to left and right.
