1. TENTERDEN APPLEDORE ROAD 5272 Leigh Green Farmhouse II

2. FARMHOUSE. Late C15 to early C16 with further wings up to late C17 with some C19 re-facing e.g. of front wing. Timber framed, brick and tile hung; first floor in S.E. elevation partly weatherboarded; plain tile roofs; brick stacks. Two parallel ranges, the front range with roof with half-hip and narrow external brick chimney breast on N.W. , the range to rear of it with hipped roof with gablet and mullioned windows; long range at right angles to S.E. end, with tall ridge stack of C17 style and with gabled cross-wing with mullioned attic windows in tile-hung attic gables at N.E. end. Later C20 windows elsewhere, e.g. in the front elevation of the front wing which is of two storeys, three bays with modern central porch also. Side purlin roofs.
