House row and shop. C16, altered and extended C18-C20. Timber framed and clad and extended with painted brick and tile hanging, with plain tiled roofs. The main core of two storeys on plinth with hipped roof with gablets and stack to centre right. Three wooden casements on first floor and two on ground floor, with half-glazed central door with flat hood on brackets. Extended to right and partly overbuilt by Belerica Cottage, two storeys, the upper tile hung, with two wooden casements on first floor, and C20 bow on ground floor with glazed door to left. Projecting at left, Tosca retains single storey pediment-gabled shop front with bowed window extended to left by two storey block, weather boarded on first floor, with C20 bowed window. Further hipped ranges to rear (extended late C20 rear left).
