5/52 Farm building south-east of 4-10-1967 Stauvin Farmhouse (formerly listed as Old House in farmyard at Stauvin) - II

Farm building, formerly house, 1696. Sandstone rubble with roof of stone slate and slate. 2 storeys. North wall has a drip course. To the left of the door are the remains of a window with architrave and flat-faced mullion: its sill has been removed and a door inserted. To the right is a rebated and chamfered surround with mullion removed. Further right is a door set within the remains of a window architrave. On the 1st floor are rebated and chamfered windows. At each outer side there is a blocked 2-light window. Towards the centre there is a blocked one of 3 lights and a former 3-light window with mullions removed and sill lowered. The rear wall has blocked rebated and chamfered windows. On the ground floor there are 4, with a blocked fire window to the right. On the 1st floor there is one of 2 lights and there are 2 of one light.
