Lodge. 1882. Designed by James Tait. Red brick with ashlar dressings and timber-framing. Plain tile hipped roofs with two reduced brick stacks. EXTERIOR: Single storey and attics. Park front has projecting square bay window to left with chamfered plinth and 4-light transom and mullion window, with single-light side windows. Above single 5-light mullion window topped with ashlar battlements, and to right a lean-to bell canopy on stone corbels. To right single 3-light mullion window and moulded ashlar entrance. South-east front has projecting gabled wing to right with 3-light transom and mullion window and above jettied timber-framed upper floor with 5-light canted oriel window. To left another moulded ashlar entrance to corner porch with set back segment arched doorway with panelled door. Street front has another square bay window topped with battlements. INTERIOR: not inspected.
