Office building. 1830's. Stone, tiled roof. 3 storeys with basement and attic, 10 bays, end 2 bays curving back. Sill bands and cornice. Doorway offset to left of centre has heavy Grecian hood on consoles and the bays to either side have on each floor tripartite windows, those to ground floor with iron mullions. All ground floor windows have chamfered surrounds. The upper windows are all sashed, some with glazing bars. Later attic windows. Left quadrant rebuilt in 1880's with tripartite windows to both floors between which is a frieze inscribed "QUEEN AVENUE". C20 basement now rendered. Ornamented lamp brackets with later fittings.
